B Group purchased 9 buildings in an extensive condominium office park known as Chattahoochee Corners or “Chatta Corners”.
Buildings had initially large foot-print tenants with expiring contracts and a series of interesting challenges due to the size of the office park and similarity among the buildings.
Repositioning included also new and oversized property signage that helped attract new prospects that turned into high tenancy.
Later sold and become our first disposition in the Atlanta market with a profit well over $7 million Dollars.
